Olympus Partners Announces Sale Of Club Staffing

Olympus Partners announces the sale of Club Staffing, Inc. for $78.5 million to Nursefinders, Inc. Club Staffing is a leading provider of travel staffing services to the allied healthcare industry. It is one of several investments Olympus has made in the healthcare services sector, including Symmetry Medical (NYSE: SMA), a leading outsourced manufacturer for the orthopedic implant market, and AMN Healthcare Services (NYSE: AHS), one of the largest healthcare staffing company in the US.

Olympus acquired Club Staffing in November 2001 and helped to establish the company as a premier provider of the full range of allied healthcare professionals. Olympus assisted Club Staffing in building its management team and implementing key operational systems. Olympus’ Managing Partner, Rob Morris, commented, “We have enjoyed our partnership with Club’s executive team, founders, and our co-investors in transforming the company from an entrepreneurial stage operation into a highly professional supplier of allied healthcare staffing solutions for healthcare providers.”
