Homax is a leading supplier of branded, specialty-application consumer products to the home-care and repair markets, providing solutions for tasks such as drywall texturing and repair, specialty cleaning, pest control, odor elimination, and surface preparation.

Homax spun-out its Insecticide Division in 2011 (NYSE: SPB), divested its Cleaning Division in 2014 to Weiman Products and sold the remaining Interior Finishing Division in 2014 to PPG Industries, Inc. (NYSE: PPG).
